Just to give you a brief introduction, the USS Orion is a SIMulation, also known as a Role Playing Game (RPG) that takes place on IRC. We are a member sim of The Federation Sim Organization.
The USS Orion is a Galaxy Class Starship and the year is 2408. After the loss of several Galaxy Class Starships, Starfleet Command overhauled the entire Galaxy Class Development Project. After years of developing new technology, the constructed the prototype for a new fleet of Galaxy Class Starships, the USS Orion.
